Late Night Fat Kid Spots : Roscoe’s House of Chicken and Waffles
My favorite place to go after a night out in the City of Angels is Roscoe’s House of Chicken and Waffles. If I’m near Gower or Pico or even in Long Beach Roscoe’s is the place to be for good grub. I usually order the 1/4 chicken and 2 waffles. This is no little piece of Chicken, oh and did I mention it is perfectly cooked moist goodness. If I order the 1/2 Chicken and Waffles I’m probably gonna be taking home some chicken or risk leaving Roscoe’s with only the ability to woddle. Also available at Roscoe’s Jeanne Jones Omelette (A Chicken and Cheese masterpiece), Biscuits, Gravy, Giblets, Liver, Chicken Sausage, Candy Yams, Smothered Potatoes, Red Beans, Mac & Cheese, Grits, Corn Bread, Greens, Potato Salad and Sweet Potato Pie. Oh, this sounds like my kind of place. Unfortunately, I’m in southwest Ohio and not likely to get out that way.

Thanks for the comment. Are there any good Chicken and Waffle Houses in Ohio? Where can we get good food in Southwest Ohio after 10pm? I never know where my Fat Kid travels may take me.
